The Alonzo A. Crim JROTC department has had an outstanding school year with many success. Passing the Annual Inspection with Merit Award (white star) was just the start for the Eagle Battalion which has thrive and survived this 2004-2005 school year. Having the third best JROTC enrollment  in APS with 192 (third only to Therrell and Mays Battalion's with 440 and 418 cadets) the Eagle Battalion continues to sore year after year. Outstanding performances from the Color Guard and Drill Team also have shown how much the Eagle Battalion has evolved under the leadership of 4th year cadet C/LTC Shanta Garrett. Also with the new addition to the Crim ROTC staff Sergeant 1st Class Andre LeGrant, a soldier who spent time fighting in Iraq. With this and so much more the Eagle Battalion has sent Crim's ROTC department with a bang.
